01. FREE CLARITY CALL

This 30-minute free video call with Alison to chat and discuss if nutrition coaching packages are the right fit for you. We’ll discuss your health journey, current struggles, and goals. Any of your questions will happily be answered on this call.

How It Works

02. Initial Session

The initial virtual visit is 60-75 minutes long, where I learn all about you! There is usually a lot of backstory to our individual relationships with food and our bodies. We’ll come up with goals together that incorporate small sustainable changes, you can take action on right away!

03. on-Going Support

Work 1:1 with Alison for 30-45 minute long follow-up sessions. These visits help to identify barriers that are keeping you from your goals and introduce new strategies to overcome them. This is where the work happens and you really start to feel the transformation!

  • Intuitive eating is a non-diet approach to wellness that helps you break the cycle of dieting, heal your relationship with food, and get back in touch with the intuitive eater inside you. It takes into account your internal bodily cues, food beliefs, preferences, behaviors, and self-talk.

  • You didn’t fail, the diets you’ve tried in the past have failed you.

    In fact, 95-97% of dieters gain back the weight they lost (and then some!) within 2-5 years. Intuitive Eating is NOT a diet. It is a way of eating that helps you break free from the diet cycle to make peace with food and your body.

    Regardless of the diets you’ve tried in the past, we can work together to awaken the intuitive eater within you.

  • When starting an intuitive eating journey, some may lose weight, some may gain weight, and others may stay the same weight.

    While we will discuss your desire to change your weight or how you feel about your body, the focus of our sessions will not focus on weight as a measurable indicator of success.

    It is possible to improve your health without focusing on weight.

  • While my coaching is tailored towards women, if you are male, non-binary, or do not identify as a woman and would like to work with me, you are welcome to.

  • I do not accept health insurance at this time.

    I have several custom coaching packages and payment plan options to fit your unique budget. You may choose to pay in full or in installments.

    Upon request, I can also provide a superbill after our sessions to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursed. Reimbursement depends on your individual health insurance policy. You may call your insurance provider and ask if your plan covers out-of-network nutrition counseling.
